Michelle Stearns is a highly energetic, passionate senior marketing professional who intuitively understands how brands drive loyalty and ultimately business growth and earnings. She has consistently delivered results with her innovative strategic thinking and her ability to apply this to global and domestic brands. Her strong strategic and leadership skills across multi-functional, multi-cultural teams enabled the successful implementation of global brand identity and design initiatives.

Prior to joining BrandTaxi, Michelle held various roles at Schick Wilkinson Sword over a 10 year period, including Group Brand Director, Global Business Director and Director of Innovation. She worked in South Africa for Langeberg Foods and prior to that, at Unilever as a Brand Manager in Personal Care division.

More recently, Michelle has consulted for small businesses, including the development and implementation of Social Media Strategies and Digital Campaigns.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Natal, South Africa, majoring in Marketing and Business Administrations. She resides in Fairfield, CT with her husband and three children.
